I had a very disappointing experience at this Chevrolet service center. The communication here is extremely poor. I came in several days prior and was told by the service advisor, Caitlin, to return Monday at 9 AM so my vehicle could be looked at. I rearranged my schedule and returned exactly as instructed. When I arrived, she then told me it would take more than a day before they could even look at my truck because they are backed up. Stacy, the rep that was helping me was not very helpful. I have called her. I left her several messages. She has not returned my call when they did the oil change and if they did the oil change, they never put a sticker on my windshield to tell me when is my next time I have to change my oil
