We have bought/leased many vehicles from Lou Bachrodt and have always loved working with Joe but will not be returning. Our 2024 equinox has been in the service center for 2 months with a passenger side door sensor issue. The car has been repeatedly returned to us with the same problem continuing. Chris and Herman are horrible at communicating and have blamed my husband and I for not communicating, when in fact they are the problem. Absolutely terrible service at the service center. I had a scheduled 10 am engine diagnostic appointment, so I left and ended up picking up my car hours later at 5 pm only to find out that nothing had been done to it and that the mechanic assigned to it had gone home.
