I don't know what's going on at this place, but I've never seen a BMW service center be this unreachable. I called yesterday at 415 to try and schedule service and was told that the service center closes at 4 every day, even though it is listed online as closing at 5, both on Google and their own website. So I call back today, once at 9 in the morning and left a message when nobody answered, then again at 2pm to try and catch somebody when nobody replied to my voicemail after 5 hours. Quick and friendly service. Jim was excellent and answered all the questions I had.
The new service manager was awesome! Great personality, great people person ,attentive, And went above and beyond!! He is definitely 10 steps higher than the previous guy, he is a keeper‼️
