The experience itself was amazing but I was very impressed with the information provided before beginning the session. Yoni steaming while relaxing, it also has amazing healing properties for women. If you’re looking to experience Vsteaming I would highly recommend the Lotus Yoni Bar because of the beautiful ambiance, experience and professionalism. Oh, the tea provided was amazing too 🥰🥰
This was my first yoni steam . I did it one week before my cycle. I didn't have pms until day I started my period which never happens. Anxiety calmed down alot, eased up acid reflux, helped bowels move better. I slept great all week. I have had chronic issues most my life so my results only lasted a week but I have faith that each steam will promote more long term healing. It was a peaceful much needed experience for me. Missy made it very comfortable. She explained everything, made the room very peaceful. I loved it.
I loved the Yoni Steam I’ve seen some changes within myself especially during that time of the month less blood clots and no cramps It’s also calming/ relaxing I will be returning.
The Yoni Bar was a great experience and a wonderful way to rejuvenate my body! Definitely will come back!
