i had an enzyme peel done with natalie on monday and i have been told twice today how "glowy" my skin looks! i've never had a facial before and she made it such a fun experience. her personality is, and has always been, so friendly to be around. you talk and relax all while being pampered! also, she is so helpful with skincare recommendations!! if you have questions about trouble areas or your routine i am sure she has an answer for you!
Got my hair done by Deanna and she did a fabulous job!! I was on the hunt for a new hair stylist and I’m so glad I made an appointment with her! She was so friendly and I love the results! I definitely will be coming back!

I have nothing but great things to say about Lotus! I had my first ever facial with Natalie and I am now addicted. She is very accommodating to one’s skin’s needs. She’s very personable as well as professional. I have had multiple massages with Jerrie and she is awesome as well. She adapts to one’s body’s needs. She is very professional and personable as well. Highly recommend going to the *one* spa in the RF/Stlg area 😍
Natalie is amazing!! She took the time and focused on me and my millions of needs/wants in my skin that I felt like were a long shot in accomplishing. She even went above and beyond and helped me with what to do after my time with her. I left feeling completely relaxed and my skin has NEVER felt better!
Had my first ever facial with Natalie a few weeks ago—I don’t think my skin has felt so soft and clean since I was a baby 💛 Definitely recommend; I’ll definitely be back; Definitely worth it ☀️
