That good manager (below) is long gone. The county investigated and SUBSTANTIATED neglect of residents, including my grandmother. Feel free to do your own research. New manager Jeff is professional, competent, and caring. He has made a huge difference in the facility. Shout out to Jennifer as well who is very helpful. The only suggestion is more activities for residents. This would require the owner or corporation that owns Lotus Villa to set a budget for these activities and for bringing in outside professionals. Horrible I worked here let me tell you a few care givers do their job right but med tech is horrible at timing and food is always late never diapers for your loved ones no good can’t say much other than this place needs to be shut down .
I went for a interview here they made me feel so uncomfortable, the administrator and the secretary was busy talking about relationship problems and in the secretary was busy talking about how her boyfriend doesn't want to act right with her. They are very racist there's no blacks working there the secretary gave me a application to fill out just to snatch it out of my hand 5 minutes later I'll let her know that I was not finished with it but she just gave me a funny looking face like she knew they wasn't going to hire me be... read more
