We've been taking our cats there for vaccines for years and have always had a good experience. The staff is sympathetic and attentive, putting our pets at ease. The clinic is well-equipped, and we appreciate the thoroughness of their treatment. It's reassuring to know our pets are in capable hands.

I was impressed with how quickly Lotus Veterinary Hospital handled my dog's cardiac screening with them. The staff was compassionate and took the time to address all of my inquiries. The test was simple, and I appreciated the quick results. It is reassuring to have such dependable services available for our pets' well-being.

My cat started throwing up all night, so I had to come in late. They saved my life with their emergency services. They treated everything professionally and calmly, and we were seen promptly. We are so appreciative that they were available when we needed them most.

I used to really like this vet however after some not great experiences, I decided to switch to a more professional office. Some of those poor experiences consist of releasing my dog after a surgery without pain meds, and they put his harness back on him even though it was covering the incision site which ultimately led to an infection. My dog has allergies and had been on Apoquel, they offered a newer drug (I cannot remember the name unfortunately) and said it’s cheaper and more effective. Veterinary Hospital provides excellent care for pets. Throughout my stay, the personnel was pleasant and helpful. They took their time checking my dog and answered all of my questions politely. The place was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their services. Overall, an excellent pick for pet care.
