I came to this store for help altering a tad-small designer dress that I had bought secondhand for an event. From the second I walked in I was impressed with the shop's layout and the craftmanship on display everywhere. It's truly NEXT LEVEL if you have gone shopping at mainstream bridalwear with friends at places like Anthropologie etc. The hand-embroidery and bead work on the veils and so forth is UNREAL. I recently got my wedding dress from Lotus Threads and I am beyond happy with my experience! Nasser is the kindest, sweetest and the most talented with his craft! He made me and my family feel so comfortable through out the process, always sharing his honest expert opinion. He has been so patient and flexible! So glad to have found him and lotus threads!
I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this bridal shop. From the moment I arrived, I felt belittled and disrespected by one of the staff members. She made an inappropriate comment about my size, insisting I was “2–3 sizes bigger” than I actually am. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary, especially in front of my mother, sister, future sister-in-law, and future mother-in-law.
