I visited Lotus Threading on June 19,2026 at 276 Nostrand Avenue for a sensitive skin waxing service and was very disappointed with my experience. After the service, I experienced irritation and bumps, which is concerning because I specifically requested the sensitive skin wax. Amazing place in the neighborhood. I’ve been coming here for years and Sumí has been amazing. If she has a long line, I will still wait for her. If you need your eyebrows or any hair removal done this is the place.

Randomly walked in and I’m so glad I did! I originally wanted to wax my eyebrows and lip but the lady who worked there recommended threading instead (same price) and said she’d wax me if I didn’t like threading. Let me tell you all… I will never wax again. She expertly threaded my brows and shaped them. They haven’t looked this good in years!! So neat, even and brought out the arches. 10/10 will return, this spot is a gem!
