How do you tell your customer that they can’t use their own mirror? I just don’t think that is right and they don’t wanna be questioned. If there is still Hair, why should it not be removed. Not coming back again.

Today was my first time in lotus and the experience from start to finish was wonderful. By far the best my eyebrows have looked. Can’t recommend it enough!
