EXCELLENT!! I literally drive for 35 minutes one way to use Lotus Threading Art & Spa because the technician that does my brows does excellent work. No matter where I live in the metroplex moving forward this will ALWAYS be the spot that I choose to get my brows done.

Our first visit was today—and definitely our last. We recently moved to the area and tried this threading place for convenience. Unfortunately, it was a terrible mistake. First, the place was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Within 10 minutes, my daughter and I were both sweating profusely. The biggest reason we won’t return, however, was the woman who did my daughter’s eyebrows. She was rude, cold, and unprofessional from the start. Chella took great care of my eyebrows. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and she was able to accommodate me. She provides excellent customer service. The location of this salon is also convenient.
