Worst eyebrow threading experience. I ended up with rashes and redness immediately after the service, and my eyebrows were extremely uneven. Very disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. Would not recommend.
There was a very rushed attitude and a lack of clear communication. While waiting in the room, I stepped out briefly after informing the technician. I returned before my spot opened, yet I was asked to wait until all individuals who arrived after me had completed their appointments. This expectation was never communicated. I explained that I would not have stepped out had I been informed of this, but I was still not taken in and was made to wait.
