I filled out a massage form that was completely ignored by the Spa. I asked for a male masseur. It was a female that showed up with no apology. She was ok but I kind of wish I spent my money elsewhere. There's tons of Spas in Palm Springs so don't settle for one you might not like.
One of the best massages I have ever had was at Lotus Spa at Hotel Zoso - we booked a couples massage (with practitioners Cindy and May) that was just perfect -- firm, healing touch, beautiful music, hot stones, warm towels, friendly, professional service. Just wonderful.
