I would've originally given 3 stars, for the OKAY massage, even though they will answer the phone in your ear while talking loudly, and tend to other customers during your massage, which should be unacceptable when you're paying for a peaceful ONE HOUR experience. (We also paid for a "couple's massage" but were still put in 2 separate rooms, which should have been the first red flag.)
