Service used to be incredible here. Now, it seems its diminished and you're only treated good if you leave big tips... Let alone post massage customer service and the worker who did the massage lets it be shown that, she doesnt appreciate a small tip.. I understand tips are appreciated, but it should not be the focal point of how im treated as a customer... Had been going here for about a year in total... Service isnt what it used to be.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Lotus Spa in Bend! Lena was my massage therapist and she did an incredible job. She really focused on my back, worked out all the pressure points, and gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. Highly recommend Lena and Lotus Spa to anyone looking for a professional and truly therapeutic massage!
