Great service and follow up from the Team !Sumar also went out of her way on a follow up call the next day to check in , After an accident they went out of there way to get me in seen and fixed ...
I’ve tried a few dentists in the area, but Lotus is by far the best! Dr Vu and his assistant Sumar delivered top-notch service and results, with a friendly, personalised touch throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist! Thank you again Dr Vu and Sumar!
From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was spotless. The dentist was gentle and efficient, explaining each step clearly and answering all my questions. I felt completely at ease and appreciated the smooth, hassle‑free process. I would highly recommend Lotus Smiles Dental as a family dentist Sunbury.
Lotus Smiles Dental has been and I am sure will continue to be a positive experience for me. The staff were professional, friendly and very efficient, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. I especially appreciated their kind approach and gentle care – I can be a nervous patient, but their extra attention helped soothe my nerves. Thank you!
