I've been seeing this dentist since 2017, Dr. Lui is the most silent and caring dentist i have. I have my braces here, compared to the other clinic I asked, the are the most reasonable prices. I recommend some patients here.. The receptionist, new ones are quite of attitude and don't listen to the patients but the one that knows the job are very easy to make appointments. Even though I now live in langley, I still don't want to trade or change this clinic to the closer one, because I won't get the same treatment.
Dropped by to check the pricing for the services and front desk, both seemed to talk with a raised tone of voice and rude. Didn't provide the price list even I after I explained that I booked a cleaning appointment with them next month. Canceled the appointment.
I wish I could give 100 stars! My first experience was amazing for a cleaning and I needed to go back to extract 2 wisdom teeth, the dentist was amazing, he made the whole experience so smooth that I didn't even felt a thing even when one of them was inflamed. It's my go to from now on.
