I would advise against visiting this unprofessional establishment. The name displayed differed from what was advertised.I had purchased facial laser hair removal. Initial visit 1 hour wait, providing the treatment appeared to be in training. Second visit, there was a 20 min. delay while the machine "warmed up." The technician intended to proceed with the treatment unsupervised, I requested supervision, it was denied. Furthermore, my request to view their certification was also refused. Brenda is the best. She is gentle and patient and does a wonderful job.
Great service, Brenda has a lot of knowledge on the C02 treatments, I highly recommend her. She is friendly and make you feel very comfortable plus she tells you the procedures of each treatment in details and the after care . Very satisfied with her service. Definitely I give a 5 stars.
Besides the unprofessional responses the owners have against negative feedback, i think this clinic did a good job with my laser hair removal, as a guy, i was skeptical even after reading a review that the laser hair treatment damaged someone, but honestly i think that person had product on their treated area before the treatment started which you're not supposed to.
