Question: what is an acceptable wait time for a customer before they are sat in the chair? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? 45 minutes? I was very, very disappointed by my experience at the Lotus salon last night, April 21st. Last night was my 3rd appointment at the salon with Ana. My appointment was scheduled for 6:15. First time at Lotus Salon was a fantastic experience! Great customer service, skilled hair professionals and really nice. Loved the decor and products! I highly recommend.

I had never visited Lotus Salon in Sun Prairie (which is right in my neighborhood) but needed a special occasion style and scheduled an appointment with Ana. She was exceptionally good at listening to what my vision was for a late 60’s style dramatic updo, I brought in pictures and she was very accommodating and friendly. The style she designed with my hair type truly met my expectations, turned out beautifully and lasted all night long for the event I was participating in. I have been going to Dani for years. I have very thick,coarse and textured hair that Dani has always handled with ease. The owners are on the floor and are friendly. I have never had an issue with any service I or my two daughters have received. My tamed birds nest and I highly recommend this place!
