They do help with transportation...until you can get your insurance to cover ride or get a 30 day bus past ...I love everyone work here all great people

A counselor Briana Gervolino developed a personal relationship with her client, my boyfriend. When I called to report her, someone from Lotus called her and she called me 12 times from a blocked number and told me everyone at Lotus was laughing at me. The place and its employees need more training for ethics and mental health. She also called crisis falsely on me when I confronted her and called me a psychopath when I gave her the proof she needed he was lying.

This is a great place to start recovery. I am a new client and so far the staff has treated me with respect and kindness. The staff are also very knowledgeable and understand how the demon of addiction plagues the human psyche. They also have transportation that comes picks me up and drops me back off after my counseling sessions. I am confident I will be able to overcome my addiction with Lotus Recovery Centers help.
