Jenn knows her stuff. She is my go to referral for someone that needs help navigating the difficult process of healing trauma through an embodied perspective. She utilizes mindfulness and movement to help clients heal fully, in addition to having formal training in evidence based practices such as DBT and EMDR. I know anyone I send to her is in good hands.

Jenn has been an amazing guide for me especially as a teenage girl. She is so wise, and her practice is incredibly inviting. Even over zoom, I have a fantastic experience with her and it does not pose as a barrier for her to reach her clients! If you’re looking for someone who will tailor to YOUR emotional needs and lets you to grow judgement-free zone, Jenn is a great fit!

One of the kindest and most helpful therapists I have ever had. There are plenty of resources and advice to help you through your dark thought patterns and self doubt. You will be taught to think positively, which impacts your life more that you think. I had many traumatic experiences that I could not deal with myself, and Jen Giovinazzi helped me come to terms with everything that happened to me. Hats off to this fine establishment.

Jenn Giovinazzi is an excellent psychotherapist! Quite honestly, she is one in a million! Jenn is compassionate, knowledgeable, and always on task. Her kindness and inter-personal skills allows one to feel at ease and valued! She possesses a strong ability to decipher the issue at hand and effortlessly communicates such information to you. Her mind-body expertise is not only helpful but refreshing. I have recommended Jennifer Giovinazzi in the past and will continue to do so.
