Jenn knows her stuff. She is my go to referral for someone that needs help navigating the difficult process of healing trauma through an embodied perspective. She utilizes mindfulness and movement to help clients heal fully, in addition to having formal training in evidence based practices such as DBT and EMDR. I know anyone I send to her is in good hands.

Jenn has been an amazing guide for me especially as a teenage girl. She is so wise, and her practice is incredibly inviting. Even over zoom, I have a fantastic experience with her and it does not pose as a barrier for her to reach her clients! If you’re looking for someone who will tailor to YOUR emotional needs and lets you to grow judgement-free zone, Jenn is a great fit!
