I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my mom’s prescriptions transfer from CVS to your pharmacy, which I worked on with pharmacist Prakash. Despite repeated follow-ups over nearly 3 weeks, the transfer was never completed. On multiple occasions, Mr. Prakash indicated he would contact CVS and provide updates, yet communication was inconsistent and unclear.
