Lotus is prompt and very friendly in servicing your prescriptions.
I love these folks, they have been my pharmacy for awhile, always caring and professional, I'm so glad they're taking care of my needs.
They help me with monthly bubble packs for my medicine which keeps me compliant and it allows me to take the medication at prescribed times.
This pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I called for my refill today and the man that is Indian with a very thick accent that answered the phone was very rude. I tried to explain to him what I needed, and he said he is a boss yelled at me told me to shut my mouth when I tried to he told me to shut my mouth again if I spoke again, he would cancel my prescription so I stay quiet for a few minutes to hear his rant OK and then told me he was canceling my prescription.
