My 15 year-old had a disappointing experience with Lotus and Oak. Her appointment was cancelled last minute and rescheduled with Dallas. My daughter was quoted $170 for highlights (less without a cut). Dallas was late to the appointment, charged $267 and there is little to no visible color in my daughter’s hair. I have been a client of Lena’s for many years. I have always been extremely satisfied with her work. I am overwhelmed by my experience today. She went out of her way to make sure things were perfect. I have not had eyebrows that you could see for almost 10 years. Seeing the professional results have given me back a piece of myself that Chemo took away.
