Worst customer service ever, did not receive what I expected or paid for. One old small woman. Doesn’t know what she is doing. I regret going in there NEVER again. I had to redo my nails for the third time and at least one good professional… Thanks Sofia in Tacoma.
I went for a pedicure today, and the experience was really disappointing. The lady seemed rushed the entire time, it was actually painful at moments, and the massage was barely done. For $50+, it just didn’t feel worth it.
I been here 2x and both have been great not just the service but the price both are great, will definitely keep coming here.

They look like they can do great nails but the gel builder is weak and is flaking off my nails only a few days after my service! I paid $120 for a removal and gel builder. This is extremely disappointing for the high cost.
