Hands down the worst experience ever. I went in for powder dip. The tech obviously didn’t know what she was doing. She began to wipe off the excess powder from my hands which took it off my nails and didn’t fix. The color was NOT the color I picked. Then they lied to me and told me it was color change (it is not) then the tech put shellac top coat. I did not want shellac I went for a powder dip on my natural nails. Terrible nails! Terrible quality service! Ladies chatted the whole time throughout getting my feet and nails done I couldn’t even relax, Rubbing one leg more than the other desensitized me lol. Left happy with my nail shape. Just for them to be cracked and chipped paint! Terrible quality. Crazy cause the girl next to me the the time came in for chipped paint and nails. The reviews don’t lie here about the quality. Don’t go here. This place needs to be shut down
