I've been coming here for years and every time my nails are perfect! The staff is very professional and very talented. They always recommend the perfect colors and do a great job for a GREAT price! Highly recommend coming here!
On 4/20 we have a Great Super Pedicure together with daughters and Beautiful manicure with color and design. We give them 5 starts and definitely we we coming back best customer services and very nice Staffing. We recommend to all stop by and try their Services thank you again doing great jobs
Visited 4/20 for a pedicure & builder gel removal. Staff were friendly & helpful w picking my polish color (the color I chose was out of stock). Received the basic pedicure & it was lovely. Disappointed with the removal process of my finger nails. The man drilled off all the polish & gel, never soaked in acetone nor provided any nail care. Requested the length be shortened and reshaped. I absolutely love lotus! Kim is always so nice and personable. She does an amazing job every time. I also love their pedicure packages. They are affordable and unique. Customers service is always top tier
