I visited Lotus Nails & Spa recently and, while the staff’s behavior was good, the overall service left me disappointed. The nail cutting and shaping were actually very good. She understood the shape I wanted without me having to explain or ask for any corrections, and I was happy with that part of the service. However, the scrub and massage were extremely rushed. Previous owner ran this place so much better. I moved out of the area and was visiting recently I decided to stop in and get a mani pedi. Found an old gift certificate that was paid for. Apparently the ownership changed and new owner would not honour it. Said It was too old, they operate under the same name. Even when I said it was paid for she rolled her eyes saying it was too old. I do not recommend this place. Not a friendly business.

I have gone to this salon since 2018. I generally had good experiences until more recently when I took my 5 year old daughter for her first pedicure. I was very disappointed when the technician was making fun of my daughter's hairs on her legs and on her arms. Then, she brought the other technicians to look at her legs and arms and in another language I could tell they were mocking my daughter. I have not returned since then. And my daughter has not wanted to paint her nails since then.
