I recently came here for a pedicure. The owner was very kind and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the technician who did my pedicure was not very attentive — she spent a lot of time on her phone instead of focusing on the service. My main concern, and the reason for my 2-star review, is due to sanitation. In the middle of my pedicure, another client came in for their service. My wife and I regularly stop for a manicure and pedicure each time we visit St. Charles, which is about 6 times per year. The owners/staff are friendly and always so accommodating to our walk-ins. We leave each time very satisfied with our mani/pedi.
