I have been going to Lotus Nails since the opened and have always been satisfied with their service. I have received a facial, pedicure, manicures, acrylics and have always been treated me well. The prices are reasonable and the owner Nancy and her sister One are very pleasant. Kim does my nails and she is very detailed. I would reccommend this to everyone and I have.

I had a very bad experience at the Lotus Nails Nails Spa today. This was my second visit to the salon. The lady was rough on my hands, rushed through the process, and then dropped me off to another lady to polish my nails so she could take another customer who came in after me without an appointment. Then the other lady got mad that I only gave her a $2.00 tip and told the first lady out loud (who just waved it off) and everyone else in the salon heard it. I asked for uv gel pink and whites and was told "ok". After the woman preps my nails, she informs me that they don't do uv pink and whites then proceeds to do an acrylic pink and white which turned out to be the worst nail job I've ever seen.

I would love to recommend eveyone to go there. Their pedicure is the best. They really taking time to do the service. Hot stones, hot towers and lots of massage and great product for your feet for just $25. They also do all kinds of nails, waxing and facial care. That is why I always go there.
