Lady who did my nails spoke no English. Did not understand what I wanted, which was my middle 2 fingers shorter and the rest left long in their natural shape had to speak to another lady, apparently still didnt grasp what I wanted. Came in with fairly long natural nails. Left with every nail a different length and shape and a lumpy, messy polish job. First time here, wont be back.

This is my favourite nail salon and I’ve been going here for years. Recently I don’t regularly get my nails done only for special occasions. I would always give 5 stars but I left today furious. I’ve always loved the way my nails feel and look as I feel I’m understood and the work is done to a high standard - the results were great but I was not understood today. The young lady working at salon was 14. She was lovely & did a great massage on legs however didn’t do any of the services that come with a pedicure, no cleaning of nail beds, no cutting of nails. Then the paint bubbled within the hour then next morning peeled right up. Contacted Salon & they couldn’t care & didn’t offer respond to messages after they knew why I was contacting them.
