Absolutely loved my experience at Lotus Nails! The manicure and pedicure were both meticulous—my nails look flawless, and the whole process felt like a mini spa getaway. The salon is spotless, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff incredibly warm and attentive. Hands down, my favorite nail spot in Boulder. Highly recommend!
The absolute worst mani/pedi I’ve ever received. The tech badly damaged my nails with a Dremel tool, removing the entire top layer, cut them painfully short, and left them jagged to the point that I had to file them when I got home. It will take months for them to grow back to health. Highly recommend not going here. Edit: Upgraded to 2 stars because they were responsive and made it right financially.
I went in for a rebase/fill and had a fantastic experience with Kelly. Even though I had to wait a bit because they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, Kelly made the wait enjoyable by giving me all the color books to browse through. What I loved most about her was her attention to detail. She ensured that the shape, length, and thickness of each nail were perfect and consistent.
