Made an appointment for a full acrylic set and a pedicure, I got there and they did my toes, came time to do my full set and they said they couldn't do my design. I paid $64 for a full pedicure, no gel, no design, and no full set. They are false advertising about their ability to do 3D designs and Ombre.
Update: The Dept of Health inspected Lotus Nails after my complaint and they found NUMEROUS health and sanitation violations. You can look it up online. Do not go here! They’re unlicensed, untrained and will physically damage you! I went in there for a refund and the lady yelled at me and told me to call the Dept of Health (which I did.) They did the *worst* manicure of my life and destroyed my nails! I came in with clean, strong nails with no polish and healthy cuticles. i have been coming to this place for a while and they are so sweet and do such a good job!! i got a really bad nail set at a different place and i came in and they fixed them so well!
They did an amazing job doing an ombre dip. These photos are a week later. I love this place. I gave them a 4 just because one time I went and the dip broke off the next day but I loved these and they’ve lasted.
Tomas did my nails today and they are AMAZING!!! I’ve been going here for years and have literally never left disappointed. Everyone is so kind here and does amazing work!!
