My friends and I made an appointment at this nail salon two days in advance, but when we arrived they were clearly understaffed. Because of that, two of us had to take turns getting our full sets done. When we tried to bring it up, they initially said they wouldn’t make it right, and when they finally did, the change was minimal. We continuously asked for what we wanted, but they showed lots of attitude. Prices were way too expensive for the low quality.
I came in with my 5 cousins and everyone was so nice and caring. My nail tech was Tony and he did a great job shaping and really made sure I was happy. I ended up getting exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be back!
I was looking forward to a good massage, salt scrub and someone thoughtful and present to do the work. I was not disappointed! I’m so grateful! Lyn was amazing and I will be back. It was just what I needed and the BEST pedicure experience I have had in Boulder…🙏🥰
