Lisa did my nails she did a great job. My pedicure wasn't the best
I had gone a few time and was happy with my pedicure. Last time I went on a Thursday and by Saturday every nail was chipped. When I called to ask if there was something they can do I was told there was nothing to be done. Blamed on summer, pools etc. I did my own toes and it’s just starting to chip 2 weeks later. I won’t be going back!
I’ve been getting my nails done at Lotus for a year now, they have a new girl in town. I would not recommend her. She has horrible customer service. She talks and will text on her phone, while she’s doing your nails. She told me the next time I come in she’s charging me extra !10.00 for it now and I have to reshape them. I never got charged for a cut down. Then she lied and said something about coffin shape. All I ask her is if she could make the side of my middle finger thinner on the side. Not the tip.
