Had Valentine's day appointment foe my wife canceled very last minute was only offered a discount for the inconvenience. Made the appointment over 3 weeks prior, confirmationed the reservation both the day before and day of the appointment. Things happen but very disappointed in how this situation was handled. Just because you make an appointment they don't have to honor it.
This establishment is really incredible. My masseuse Olivia was thorough and attentive to my needs. Her bedside manner is absolutely stunning and she always finds a way to make me laugh! As always, I look forward to coming back.
