Had a long 2 weeks of over the road driving and was feeling a bit hammered both physically and mentally. I finally got a chance to relax at a truck stop in Des Moines IA. At a whim I decided to visit Lotus Massage just 4 miles away. Every bit of tension, ache, and mental stress left my body today. Two hours later I'm back in my truck writing a well deserved review and getting ready for a goodnights sleep with a grin on my face. Thank you Lotus.
Feel much better Warm place Clean Friendly
So I want to start by saying the actual massage I got was pretty good. Everything else was a disaster. I was taken to a room in the back next to the break room, the therapist never shut the door and all I could hear was the constant talking of other staff, the dishwasher running, and all kinds of other noise. Fast forward, the massage was pretty good, she even did some ashiatsu on the bars and walked on me which was good, but the checkout was awful. The massages are great here. Warm rooms, friendly staff, and very good massage technique. I've never been disappointed, and I've been getting regular massage all over the United States for over 20 years. I always leave relaxed and happy.
