Shawn goes above and beyond when it comes to pool service. He’s dependable, detail-oriented, and truly cares about the quality of his work. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and treats every pool as if it were his own. He’s also a genuinely good person, easy to work with, and always willing to take the time to explain things or offer helpful advice. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong work ethic with great character—Shawn does both.

Shawn is fantastic! He is very reliable and does a great job! As we are new to the area, we are excited to have found him. He has been caring for our pool for almost a year and he has proven that he knows his stuff and keeps a very close watch on everything going on with our pool. Shawn is the best. I've used ASP and Pool Scouts before, no idea how they receive their good reviews. I used to see their technicians come and half heartedly go about "cleaning" the pool. Their service reports were unreliable also. Shawn know his stuff, very diligent and responsive if you ever have a question. I'm so glad I met him!

BEST pool service ever!!! Owner operator could not be more knowledgeable, professional and excited to provide quality customer service. Reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with in an area (32092) with too few 5 star providers.

Don't let his Lexus fool you...Shawn is the real deal when it comes to pool maintenance. Our pool has never looked so clean..seriously. Having a "pool boy" is so nice. We don't have to spend time cleaning. We Used to take my water up to Pinch a Penny and watch their 'magic show water' only to tell me I need $46 dollars in pool chemicals..not anymore thanks to Lotus Luxury Pool and Spa..call.Shawn...now and stop spending way too much money on chemicals. Let him do it..thanks Lotus!!
