Shawn is fantastic! He is very reliable and does a great job! As we are new to the area, we are excited to have found him. He has been caring for our pool for almost a year and he has proven that he knows his stuff and keeps a very close watch on everything going on with our pool. BEST pool service ever!!! Owner operator could not be more knowledgeable, professional and excited to provide quality customer service. Reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with in an area (32092) with too few 5 star providers.

Shawn is the best. I've used ASP and Pool Scouts before, no idea how they receive their good reviews. I used to see their technicians come and half heartedly go about "cleaning" the pool. Their service reports were unreliable also. Shawn know his stuff, very diligent and responsive if you ever have a question. I'm so glad I met him!

Don't let his Lexus fool you...Shawn is the real deal when it comes to pool maintenance. Our pool has never looked so clean..seriously. Having a "pool boy" is so nice. We don't have to spend time cleaning. We Used to take my water up to Pinch a Penny and watch their 'magic show water' only to tell me I need $46 dollars in pool chemicals..not anymore thanks to Lotus Luxury Pool and Spa..call.Shawn...now and stop spending way too much money on chemicals. Let him do it..thanks Lotus!!

Lotus has been great they have been maintaining my pool for about a year. Its nice to not be going to Pinch a Penny every week or so and dealing with their pushing so many products....every week it needed this or that or multiple products. Now the pool is enjoyable without the time and work and they even got the scale off the tile that always seems to grow under the water spillover Thank you for the help!
