Had a pleasant experience replacing the roof with Lotus Roofing. John and Tau were very engaged all the way from roof inspection to final installation. There were no surprises. Delivered exactly what they promised. They worked closely with the insurance company to get the best appraisal possible. Highly recommend.

John was super clear and helpful in explaining everything, while Tau did an excellent job on the roof — professional, efficient, and thorough.
