I recently had a highly disappointing experience with lotus laser bar. After making a deposit and receiving a confirmation for my appointment, I was shocked to discover that my appointment had been rescheduled to a date one month later without my knowledge or consent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone calls and text messages, no one from the company responded. Owner is weird - they are only open now once a week. Maybe invest in laser technicians so your clients do not have to wait so long? Not good on the owner for doing this to the clients. This is not the first time that they have altered their hours drastically this year
