I purchased an RCA television last March from Fingerhut. When a shelf fell and knocked my 32 inch LED television hit the ground will you can guess what happened. I contacted Lotus International located in Canton, Michigan. Oh wow they are in my state and not in another country. (more on that later). When used refurbished TVs are sent out from Lotus International they go to retailers such as Target, Kmart and Walmart. Let me tell you about the condition of the TVs that are refurbished by Lotus International. They are anything but satisfactory. TVs are NOT in working condition and have many defects.
