This is by far the best head spa I’ve ever been too. The customer service was above and beyond and the service itself was amazing. It was so relaxing. I will 100% be coming back and recommending this place!
I’ve been wanting to try a head spa and with my BFF in from out of town, it was a perfect reason to book an appointment! I booked the Full Head Spa treatment which consisted of a relaxing face massage, scalp treatment and massage. It was amazing! It was so relaxing and felt so good!! We also booked a blow dry. Our hair was so shiny and soft and feels so clean. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back! The staff was also very friendly and did such a wonderful job!
I had Natalia and she was AMAZING. Just attended this Beautiful Spa for the 1st time today ( i’ve been struggling a lot with neck pain and started to randomly google search places I could go). This place was an immediate Yes based off the high volume rod reviews. Not only does neck feel soooo much better but you genuinely can’t beat the amazing atmosphere and customer service. Best massage I ever had and I’m bringing all my girlfriends back with me! Thanks so much guys!
I had the BEST experience at Lotus Head Spa with Consuela and Natalia! From the moment I walked in, they were so kind, welcoming, and professional. Consuela worked on my 3B curls with such incredible patience and care. She even told me she wouldn’t be done with my hair until it was perfect—and she truly meant it! That level of dedication and pride in her work really shows the difference in how much she cares about her clients.
