Today I had an amazing treatment completed by Lea. She is a very kind individual and works very well. This was a treatment I didn’t know I needed so much until I arrived. The location is very relaxing and full of great vibes. I would highly recommend anyone to come and try this head spa!

This establishment has great potential; however, my recent experience was wrecked by a lack of proper communication and professionalism. I arrived shortly after calling for an appointment, only to be ushered directly into a chair for an unexpected scalp inspection without any introduction. While the hot tea provided was enjoyable, the subsequent feedback on my scalp condition felt overly scripted. Booked the complete head spa for myself and two guests for a girls’ day. Arrived from an hour away and the receptionist asked if our third guest would be joining us, I said she’d be joining momentarily. After a few minutes, another employee came out and explained there was no record of our appointment in her system.
