I've been coming to this car wash for more than 10 years and I'll tell you how I started. One year I lost a couple 50.00 gift cards around the holidays I thought they were gone. 2 weeks later I washed my car here and there guys put it in my cup holder. On another occasion about 6 months later I was on a guys night out and one of my buddies lost their cell phone we thought it was history. Three of us were looking through the car could not find it. I called this business looking for basic help, and the person on the phone couldn’t have been more rude if they tried. They talked to me like I was an inconvenience, cut me off repeatedly, and made zero effort to actually help. The attitude was completely unnecessary and honestly shocking for a company that supposedly wants customers.
