You ruined my hair and I am still suffering the consequences 1.5 years later. I came for a full scalp root touch up bleach and left with SEVERE scalp burns and a huge portion of the top of my hair around the crown melted off. 100% felt welcomed coming through the salon door. Not only did I get my haircut colour and style, The girls made me coffee & they even gave my scalp a massage. #amazing
