My mom went here, she asked for a simple design that they said they couldn’t do for her, she showed two more inspo pictures and after the third one they agreed on, they completely messed it up. They were very unwelcoming. She highly does not recommend especially for their price
This is the perm I got yesterday at Lotus. No words necessary, as always, I’m very happy with the result. Heidi is the best at doing perms. She sees the whole picture while also paying close attention to the details. Highly recommend!
