So this was my second time visiting the salon. The first time was fine. However I came in on Friday for a wash and blow dry and my hair to be curled after. My hair was washed with cold water. The lady didnt ask if the temperature was ok she just carried on washing my hair. When it came to drying my hair there was no heat protectant used. (I not long ago had my hair cut and dyed and my hair didnt need a trim at all and was in a good healthy condition).
