Walked in for a massage, had a raging migraine and shoulder/neck pain, asked for 30 mins and Sarah did an amazing job. Periodically would asked if pressure was too much or too little, she made me feel very comfortable. Was a tad bit cold but i did walk in right as they opened, they had a heater in the room so it warm up and to be honest-i was hurting too much to really care, the pure relief i got from the scalp/shoulder massage made me forget the cold. This was my first visit and will probably come back. Cost was reasonable.

It was an ok massage . The walking on the back actually wound up leaving me sore for a week. Then their payment system was down and I had to walk next door to a convenience store and buy them a gift card instead. They walked with me which was weird. Not gonna say I was too "happy" with tye overall experience.
Sarah is amazing — I highly recommend booking with her. She is professional, attentive, and really knows how to work on the neck and shoulders. Unfortunately, my experience with the other therapist was very poor. She mostly used her elbows with excessive pressure, did not focus on the neck at all, and did not use proper hand techniques. On top of that, she is also the receptionist, and she left the massage multiple times to answer the phone and assist other customers while my paid time was still running. After finishing paperwork, Sarah took me in immediately, my lower back was bothering me, she did an excellent job to relieve the pain. And after there was none. Thank you, Lotus Golden Hand Massage., I will be back
