I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I experienced at your establishment today, Saturday, September 5, 2026. The staff member who provided the service failed to complete the full one-hour session, repeatedly entering and exiting the room throughout the appointment. For the last few years, this is my go to place for body work! There’s absolutely no one else who can ‘fix’ issues like Michelle. Usually book 90 minutes which gives her enough time to do the necessary work and time for the extra details that make me feel worlds better when I leave. Nothing fancy here but a skilled technician that knows her craft. Worth every penny!
