Very quick response to inquiry and kept in loop with scheduling. Arrived on time and is very professional. Took photos of condition and repair to explain situation and repair. More than generous in allowing me to shadow her and took the time to explain and show me how I could do my own adjustments and troubleshooting if I was so inclined to in the future.
