Great staff. New and fresh complex. I attended Lotus Dental for an emergency, on the weekend. I was greeted with a smile by the admission staff, followed by prompt and effective dental work. Happy with the work done so far, no issues. Will be booking in my next check-up and clean with Lotus Dental.
Went in with a lot of anxiety having not seeing a dentist in years. Dr Hafsa was wonderful at communicating dental info effectively, giving a thorough checkup+clean. As someone that struggles with teeth anxiety, this was the best dental visit I've had.
Well worth the long-distance travel from sth coast NSW. Required 3 hrs of treatment under general anaesthetic (extraction and half a dozen fillings) and all went really smoothly, with Dr Nagendran performing procedure. I was impressed with the care from the whole team, who were attentive to my pre-surgery anxiety. Nurse Lydia was terrific both pre and post surgery and I I felt in extremely capable hands with my anaesthesiologist (not sure spelled that right! ). A wonderful clinic! The admin staff were very warm and friendly, and I can highly recommend Dr. Shunti, who provided excellent care with a deft touch, gentle manner, and professional, caring approach. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free :-)
I had to have a wisdom tooth removed due to an infection. I was able to get an emergency appointment on a Sunday with Dr Javed. He was so kind and gentle as he sensed I was a little anxious. It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had and it was all done in about 15 minutes! I highly recommend Dr Javed!
