I visited Lotus Dental after making an appointment over the phone. The appointment booking process was easy and stress free. The lady who I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and reassured me I was going to be in good hands. I have a chronic fear of the dentist, so I was very hesitant. Dr Sharma was an absolute angel! She talked me through everything she did. The team never once made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed of my fear. I left the clinic feeling very relieved. Avoided the dentists for years and Mary + the team made the process as nice as a dentist appointment could possibly be. Very thorough, detailed, careful and reassuring. Would recommend! :)
Dr Hafsa and the team were fantastic. I had a bit of an emergency before a long haul flight and they managed to see me and treat me last minute on a friday evening. The service was great too, everything was explained really well and I would go back! Thanks all!!
Dr Fiachra just removed 2 of my wisdom teeth and I was extremely anxious before the procedure. He made me feel much better about everything and was very quick!!!
