Well worth the long-distance travel from sth coast NSW. Required 3 hrs of treatment under general anaesthetic (extraction and half a dozen fillings) and all went really smoothly, with Dr Nagendran performing procedure. I was impressed with the care from the whole team, who were attentive to my pre-surgery anxiety. Nurse Lydia was terrific both pre and post surgery and I I felt in extremely capable hands with my anaesthesiologist (not sure spelled that right! ). A wonderful clinic! The admin staff were very warm and friendly, and I can highly recommend Dr. Shunti, who provided excellent care with a deft touch, gentle manner, and professional, caring approach. She made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free :-)
I had to have a wisdom tooth removed due to an infection. I was able to get an emergency appointment on a Sunday with Dr Javed. He was so kind and gentle as he sensed I was a little anxious. It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had and it was all done in about 15 minutes! I highly recommend Dr Javed!
There’s a reason this dental clinic receives so many 5 star reviews! Dr Shruti was an absolute pleasure and makes what is typically an unenjoyable experience comfortable and pleasant. Her communication, care and expertise were phenomenal- she is clearly a dentist who is passionate about her craft and patient care. I can’t find a bad word to say! Thank you, Dr Shruti and the Lotus Dental team!
