Our recent visit to Lotus Dental was excellent. The operating theatre was spotless, well-organised, and clearly designed to be children-friendly. Dr Hafsa was outstanding in her professionalism and kindness, especially with our six-year-old, who felt completely at ease throughout the appointment. Dentist was lovely and explained everything well, was just sad because I was told I could keep the teeth and then they were thrown out by the assistant Otherwise it was a overall fantastic experience, can highly recommend
Had a tooth chip and crack in half. Dr. Hafsa took amazing care of me. She arranged for me to get a root canal from Dr. Mo which was absolutely painless for such a big procedure. I was comfortable and felt looked after the whole time! Afterwards Dr. Hafsa organised and installed a crown. I probably spent 6+ hours in the chair but was made to feel comfortable and looked after by the dental nurses. As someone who has traditionally hated going to the dentist, I can whole heartedly recommend this crew!
Dr. Mary is the best dentist I have ever encountered. After some negative experiences, I was struggling with dental anxiety but I’ve found a dentist I’m happy to return to now! She explains every step in detail, provides frequent breaks, is incredibly thorough AND efficient. She also has an incredibly friendly demeanour and amazing bedside manner on top of her phenomenal dental work. I only wish I had discovered her sooner. Thank you, Dr Mary! 🩷
I had an amazing experience at Lotus Dental Brunswick. Dr. Shruti is absolutely incredible. Calm, gentle, and precise. The whole process was completely painless, quick, and handled with so much care. What I really appreciated was how transparent she was with all the information, explaining everything clearly and making me feel comfortable the entire time.
