Natalia Serniak is rude, ignorant, unprofessional she rushes you. She’s very pushy, she doesn’t explain anything properly. She asks you extremely personal questions right away and makes you feel uncomfortable even when I told her I don’t want to answer because I don’t feel comfortable talking about it she gets pushy with you! The team at Lotus is truly exceptional. As someone who experiences severe anxiety and social phobia, interacting with new people can be torture at times.
