This is a good place to live in a walkable, transit accessible, but peaceful and friendly area. Building management takes care of things well and in general the building is well maintained.
Great building in a very walkable area. Concierge is excellent and helpful. Solid building management and friendly neighbours. Can get most things done on foot which is rare outside of specific downtown areas. Super convenient subway access. Quick access to the 401 highway also gets you across the city quickly west, east, south, and north. Bayview Village across the street has plenty of grocery options like Loblaws and Pusateri's. Good selection of dine in and take out.
