Management is swift to take care of you . Specially Miss Bita took care of us to get the guest suite last weekend . Love the security personal they are very nice .
Here are a few disappointing and somewhat unreasonable rules about this condominium: 1. The building manager is often seen standing in the lobby or right in front of the elevator, which feels a bit awkward and unnecessary. 2. Residents are not allowed to access the parking garage after midnight without getting permission from the concierge. 3. If your car leaks even a small amount of oil, you will be fined. 4. I ended up leaving this apartment within one year due to ongoing harassment and mismanagement by the property management team. Although I was renting unit 707, I experienced repeated harassment linked to a neighbor in unit 706, who is also a member of the board of trustees. This individual appeared to misuse their position, contributing to a hostile living environment.
