Very unprofessional when it comes to scheduling as well as the staff. They're rude and lack compassion maybe this is how they're trained however just avoid this study team, I didn't receive good experience at all
It was to find because it's inside a hospital and they make you wait to get your research money where other research places pay you the same day
All around very professional very courteous and very helpful I don't want through 10 I give them a 10
