We couldn’t be happier that we found Lotus and that were lucky enough they had an opening in their schedule. Lia and her husband are super responsive, kind, and extremely prompt and thorough in their work. Our house has never been cleaner! And they have a great family story and are great people, to boot. Highly recommend you reach out if you’re looking for cleaning services in the Salem/Roanoke area; openings do pop up in their schedule and they have daughters in the business as well.

Lia & Brett are the best! Friendly, professional, timely, and flexible. I work from home and have a pup & cat and they always work seamlessly around us. I would recommend them to anyone. We are lucky to be one of their customers and are thankful for all they do for our home/family!

Lia and Brett do a great job on our house and are kind and patient with our rescue pup who can be protective at times. They are timely, detailed, and reliable!
