One of the best in Bergen After the incomparable Hong Hing sold in Westwood, we were hard pressed to find top quality Chinese food. Zagat's led us to Lotus, and we've been going back ever since. While not quite Hong Hing, it comes pretty close. Their sauces enhance each dish and the service is welcoming and warm. Delicate wantons enhance their soup. Sizzling Beef and Scallops and Twice Cooked Pork are recommended, but no matter what you order, Lotus is a cut above the average.

Crowded but Good Most of the times I've been there, the place has been pretty crowded, but the wait isn't unbearable. The food is pretty good, though. They have a variety of dishes (most reasonably priced), and you won't be able to find food like it elsewhere. It is definitely a place to recommend to others.
Lotus Cafe - Asian Cuisine Lotus Caf is located in a quiet strip mall and boasts a beautiful lotus on its front entrance. The restaurant has a lovely fountain and boasts a wide range of asian cuisine. Foods such as pot stickers, pork fried rice, mei fun, and even Peking duck splatter the menu. There is truly food for everyone at the Lotus Cafe!
